• VISA,MasterCard,Discover, or pre-payment is required to guarantee a reservation.

• Payment
Payment at time of check-in may be made by cash or personal check.

• Credit Cards
Deer Trail Lodge accepts Visa,MasterCard,Discover. ** A service fee of 5% will be added to all credit card charges

• Sales Tax
All charges are subject to a 5.5% state sale tax.

• 45 day notice = no penalty, 15 to 44 day notice = 50% penalty, 1 to 14 day notice = 100% penalty, (unless re-rented in full, unrented days will be 100% penalized)

• No Shows
Failure to show on the day of scheduled arrival date will result in liability for the full rental balance.

• Snow Conditions
In winter, if conditions are unsuitable for snowmobiling, cancellations will be honored without penalty.

• Pets
Pets are not permitted at the Deer Trail Lodge. Ask us about nearby boarding facilities for your pet(s).

• Rate Guarantee (Advance Booking)
Upon departure of their stay, guests may re-book the same cabin, same dates, for the following year at the current published rate. There is a one week grace period for re-booking.
